Data is stored in cloud services procured by EmuCast. While EmuCast does not store any voice or video data it does store meta data about communications such as who, what, when. This data is stored in the US.

5. How do we hold the information we collect?

(a) Security of your personal information

The security of your personal information is very important to us. All your data is private and confidential and we take reasonable steps to ensure that your personal information is handled securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We follow generally accepted security standards, to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once it is received. EmuCast is ISO27001 certified. However, please note that transmitting information over the Internet is never completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee that your personal information is absolutely secure in all situations.
